Lean Office
Lean management in the office and services
Step 1 | STABILIZATION Understanding for the client’s needs–client's needs definition, documentation preparation and staff training. Definition of the processes–often only some persons know the details, how the process should be realized and do not share this knowledge with other employees. Results are different depending on who realizes the process. |
Step 2 | STANDARDIZATION Standardization or rationalization or work simplifying, which results in the reduction of the process volatility. Standardization helps to identify custom events. |
Step 3 | VISUALIZATION Putting in a prominent place of a work instruction and the rules for determining of the priorities. The visualization makes the continuous improvement much easier. |
Step 4 | THE CONTINUOUS Improvement of the fulfilled profession. Continuous development of the personnel–in order to maintain and improve the system. |
